Meeting the Severn Source to Sea Expedition as they break British Sup record

On Saturday I travelled to Glouster to join the Red Paddle Supported Source to Sea Expedition on their penultimate day. This was on a Severn bore day - a wave generated by a tidal surge that can be surfed for 24 km. We caught the tide down after the bore for a 17th mile trip to Newnham. The highlight, and complete surprise was seeing a porpoise heading back downstream with us!! An amazing day and was a privilidge to spend the day with them as they broke the British Sup record!!
