Training on the River Arun

First real spring day and a sunday on the beautiful arun.. From black swan pub at Arundel up past Amberley.. the trick is to catch the river when tide is high at Littlehampton for a 3-4 hour tidally assisted mooch.. has more tea shops than the Amazon I reckon..
